Head Coach Kristy Curry Postgame Comments
"Proud of our team today. We're in the time of the year when finals are over and we're thinking about the holidays, but I loved our preparation. I loved our toughness today against a team that's averaging 80 points and we held them to 54 points. I'm just proud of our team for the toughness on the glass; it was very physical, and I thought we weathered a lot today with some foul trouble. Just couldn't be prouder of our team today and the toughness that they showed.
"I thought our crowd was awesome you know to have a noon tipoff in Tuscaloosa on a Sunday when there are a lot of family activities and Christmas events happening, so for folks to show up today I was really thankful. I just want to thank everybody that came out today."
