2023 SEC All-Freshman Football Team Announced

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (Dec. 7, 2023)-----Florida had a league-leading four student-athletes named to the 2023 Southeastern Conference All-Freshman Football Team, it was announced Thursday. The team was voted on by the SEC's head coaches.

Arkansas, Auburn and Texas A&M each placed three on the All-Freshman Team.

All 14 SEC schools were represented on the All-Freshman Team, and nine schools had multiple players who were honored.

Alabama's Caleb Downs, an SEC All-Freshman Team honoree at defensive back, was named the SEC's Freshman of the Year on Wednesday.
